Prior to joining Unitil, Bob was president and chief operating officer of the New York Power Authority. Bob serves as a director of Satcon Technology Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts – a leading provider of solar inverter and fuel cell power conversion solutions. He formerly was chairman and trustee of Exeter Health Resources in Exeter, New Hampshire, and a director of the Greater Seacoast New Hampshire United Way, the New England Gas Association, and the Southwest Power Pool. Mr. Schoenberger is a graduate of the University of Delaware and LaSalle University.

Mark has been the company’s treasurer since 1998. Mark joined Unitil in 1988 and was Unitil’s vice president of finance from 1995 until 2003. Prior to joining Unitil he worked for the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission as a Utility Analyst. Mark is an alumnus of the State University of New York at Cortland and the UNH Whittemore School of Business & Economics. He is actively involved as a member of the Board of Directors for New Hampshire Public Television and currently serves as chairman.

Prior to this position, Tom was senior vice president, operations, from February 2003 through June 2005. Tom joined Unitil in 1994 and was named Unitil’s director of engineering from 1998 to 2003. Before joining Unitil, he held a variety of engineering and operations positions at Public Service of New Hampshire. In addition to his work as a board member of Rockingham County Community Action and the Northeast Gas Association, Tom is involved with the Energy Council of the Northeast and the New Hampshire section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. A graduate of Northeastern University and the University of New Hampshire, Tom is a registered professional engineer.

A graduate of UNH and Southern New Hampshire University, Mr. Black also completed Stanford University's Graduate Executive Program for Growing Companies.
