NYSE Listing
New York Stock Exchange Listing Day Information

On August 21, 2008, Unitil Corporation Common Stock was listed and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") under the ticker symbol UTL.

   The Company was welcomed as a newly listed company at the NYSE, and in celebration of the first day of trading, Director Charles H. Tenney III rang The Opening BellSM. Mr. Tenney was accompanied by Robert G. Schoenberger, Unitil's Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, as well as members of the Company's senior management team.
