Hampton, NH – March 31, 2000: Unitil Corporation (AMEX: UTL) (www.unitil.com) announced that Antonio D. Aguiar has joined the Usource Team. Tony’s primary assignment will be the development and implementation of the Usource energy auction process and customer service function.

Tony previously served as Vice President and General Manager with Energy Express, and has held positions with EnergyUSA and Bay State Gas Company. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, an M.B.A from the University of Rhode Island, and a M.S. in Finance from Bentley College.
