Your Monthly Usage And Average Daily Temperature (ADT): Shows past monthly usage by kWh per day and also shows average daily temperature for each month. This information can be used to compare your energy usage with the same month of the previous year.

Approximate Next Meter Reading: Shows the date we expect to be reading your meter. If your meter is outside, please ensure that we have access to it by clearing away shrubbery and snow. If we are unable to read your meter, we calculate your bill based on your typical monthly usage rather than an actual meter reading. Any necessary adjustments will be made the next time the meter is read.

Interest Charges: Payment is due 25 days following the date postmarked on the bill. Amounts not paid prior to the due date will be subject to a late payment charge.

  • Gas Supply Charges – Cover the cost of gas supply delivered to customers.
