FERC Order 2004 Compliance Plan
Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company ("Fitchburg") has a waiver from the
OASIS and standard of conduct requirements detailed in Order 889, which was granted by the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission ("Commission") on September 11, 1996.
In its Order 2004, the Commission decided to continue the Order 889 exemptions. (See paragraph 27, page
13 of the Commission's Order 2004.)
In addition, Fitchburg is also subject to Market Behavior Rules,
which are Appendix A to its Market-Based Rates Tariff.
