Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company
Point-to-Point Transmission Service over Phase I and Phase II HVDC Facilities
Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company is an Interconnection Rights Holder pursuant to the Restated
Use Rights Agreement. Fitchburg has a 0.42636% Percentage Interest in Phase I and 0.43410% Percentage
Interest in Phase II and a Combined Percentage Interest of 0.43143%, which represents an 8 MW
entitilement in the Phase I and Phase II HVDC Facilities.
Fitchburg has entered into a Brokering and Agency Agreement with Central Vermont Public Service Company
("CVPS"), which provides for the offering for sale of Fitchburg's use rights of the Phase I and Phase
II HVDC Facilities through the CVPS OASIS. Transmission Customers, interested in purchasing Fitchburg's
use rights of these facilities should refer to the
