NEPOOL OASIS Registration Information Every transmission customer company needing transmission service on the NEPOOL OASIS node must first register the company with NERC. Registration can be done via an electronic form available at http://www.tsin.com/. Registration will require a Dun and Bradstreet number. Both information on and an electronic form for obtaining a "Duns" number can be found at http://www.dnb.com/. Each individual user within the registered customer company must access the system using an X509 electronic security certificate. Fill out the SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR FORM and follow the instructions for mailing or faxing it to ISO New England. Obtain an X509 certificate and register it on OASIS, so you can perform the security administrator duties. Approve User Authentication Requests for Users of your company. New users at your company who need to perform transactions on OASIS will register their user information (Name, Phone, FAX, Email, and X509 certificate information) on the OASIS node. You will be responsible for approving these users using your CSO role. Once your security officer administrator form is processed you will be able to act on User Authentication Requests at the "User Registration and Access Requests Administration" link available on the main OASIS page when you are logged in.
