Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Comany ("Fitchburg") has a waiver from the OASIS and standard of conduct requirements detailed in Order 889, which was granted by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") on September 11, 1996. As such, Fitchburg's Transmission Provider Home Page does not post the Transmission Services, Ancillary Services, Miscellaneous, and Messages, required by the Commission in Order 889 and Fitchburg does not have a formal compliance plan for the Commission's Standard of Conduct.
