FERC Order 2004 Compliance Plan
Unitil Energy Systems, Inc. ("Unitil Energy") has a waiver from the OASIS and standard of conduct
requirements detailed in Order 889, which was granted by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
("Commission") on September 11, 1996. This waiver was originally granted to Exeter & Hampton
Electric Company and Concord Electric Company. These companies merged on December 1, 2002 and
the remaining entity was renamed to Unitil Energy Systems, Inc.
In its Order 2004, the Commission decided to continue the Order 889 exemptions.
