Unitil Energy Systems, Inc. ("Unitil Energy"), Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company ("Fitchburg"),
and Unitil Power Corp. ("Unitil Power") are each electric utilities and wholly-owned subsidiaries
of Unitil Corporation. Unitil Service Corp. is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Unitil Corporation,
which provides management and professional services to Fitchburg, Unitil Energy, and Unitil Power.
