Point-to-Point Transmission Service over Phase I and Phase II HVDC Facilities
Unitil Energy Systems, Inc.'s affiliate, Unitil Power Corp. ("Unitil Power") is an Interconnection
Rights Holder pursuant to the Restated Use Rights Agreement. Unitil Power has a 1.227% Percentage
Interest in Phase II and a Combined Percentage Interest of 0.80369%, which represents a 16 MW
entitilement in the Phase I and Phase II HVDC Facilities.
Unitil Power has entered into a Brokering and Agency Agreement with Central Vermont Public Service
Company ("CVPS"), which provides for the offering for sale of Unitil Power's use rights of the Phase
I and Phase II HVDC Facilities through the CVPS OASIS. Transmission Customers, interested in
purchasing Unitil Power's use rights of these facilities should refer to the
CVPS Transmission Provider Home Page.
