("Unitil Energy") has a waiver from the OASIS and standard of conduct requirements detailed in Order 889, which was granted by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") on September 11, 1996. This waiver was originally granted to Exeter & Hampton Electric Company and Concord Electric Company. These companies merged on December 1, 2002 and the remaining entity was renamed Unitil Energy Systems, Inc.
