MyUnitil Maintenance

Planned Maintenance Fall 2025:

MyUnitil and many of our self-service options will be unavailable during this time.

October 1 - 5th*: We're performing an update to our billing and payment systems in early October. Bill payments, account-related transactions, account notifications (including outage notifications), and the MyUnitil customer portal and mobile app will be unavailable during this maintenance period.

October 6, 2025*: The update is expected to be complete and systems back online.

*Dates are subject to change due to weather and other contingencies to ensure a quality transition.

What to Expect

The ability to make payments, access your customer portal, receive account notifications, and most of our self-service options will be unavailable during this transition:
  • Please wait until the updates have completed to make any payments, request a service transfer, stop service, or access your MyUnitil customer portal
  • To report a gas emergency – leave the area immediately and then call 911
  • To report a power outage – unitil.com/report-outage or call 1-888-301-7700
  • Outage text and email notifications will be temporarily unavailable during this transition. Find info on your outage at unitil.com/map.
  • To report an electrical emergency – call 1-888-301-7700
