Current Procurements

Unitil Service Corp has issued the following electric Default Service Requests for Proposals on behalf of its affiliates, Fitchburg Gas and Electric (FG&E) and Unitil Energy Systems (UES).

FG&E seeks Fixed Price load-following service as follows:

Small and Medium Customer Groups – 100% of requirements starting from August 01, 2026, and ending on January 31, 2027 (6 months)
Small and Medium Customer Groups 50% of requirements starting from February 01, 2027, and ending on July 31, 2027 (6 months)

UES seeks Fixed Monthly Price load-following service as follows:

Small and Medium Customer Groups – 50% requirements beginning August 01, 2026, and ending on January 31, 2027 (6 months)

Proposal forms, including contract comments and indicative pricing, are due Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EPT. Final pricing is due Tuesday, June 02, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EPT.
